The office chairs are good, our only concern is the base has one leg that is detached when it ships and is assembled - seems like a weak point in chair design. When purchased, the post said all X12 chairs were in US, CA but in reality they were not. We were giving incorrect tracking for someone else's order in our area and thought our order had been lost. Then the chairs started arriving from different locations in varied quantities and some we had to travel to pickup as they were delivered to UPS drop center instead of our address. This took a couple of months but we did eventually get them all. The packaging was not well and a couple of them have minor rub marks and scuffs from the delivery process. Chairs seem a little cheaper quality as base is plastic, not metal. Communication was great other than being given incorrect info. Shipping was slow and drawn out. Would rather have received everything at once, even if it took a little longer. Satisfied overall with the purchase.
there was a miscommunication with the tracking ID but it was remedied quickly and instead of being sent by FedEx it was sent by Amazon. the chair came are described.
