I read about every review on this couch before taking a chance and buying it.So shipping was alright. Assembly was very easy. I'm 7 months pregnant and basically put the whole thing together by myself (just had help tipping it over after putting legs on because it is pretty heavy) The instructions were very straight forward and no items were missing. The cushions def need a day to fluff up but they are pretty decent comfort wise. Firm enough that you don't sink in to where you can't get out but soft enough to get comfy. The L shaped ottoman is a little short my feet do hang off.
